Located on the third and top floor of the Villa, they are characterized by ceilings with exposed beams and enjoy beautiful views of the characteristic stone roofs of the medieval village.
They have only one double bed, marble floors and are comfortable and accurate in every detail. Furnished with "Made in Italy" furniture (Poltrona Frau), they have been renovated thanks to the efforts of the architect Ugo Bartorelli (Studio Beta) and embellished with furnishings designed by the Luca Scacchetti Architecture Studio.
They are equipped with direct dial telephone, satellite TV, internet access, hydromassage shower, hairdryer, safe and minibar.
The size varies from about 22 to 26 square meters.
All the rooms of Villa Gippini are powered by an innovative hydrogen boiler studied and designed by Giacomini S.p.A. Engineers.
